EMR Order Loop
Standard HL7 v2.x Placer/Filler order round-trip: EE sends an order to the EMR and the EMR assigns + returns the accession (Filler). Vendor-neutral (Epic / Cerner / Allscripts / MEDITECH) — the only per-vendor knob is the return message type. Default OFF.
Order-loop configuration
When ON and licensed, the verify action sends an order to the EMR and holds the study until the accession returns. Toggling needs a service restart.
Outbound fields (host / port / timeout / return type / template) take effect on save. Toggling Enabled or changing the inbound listener port requires a service restart.

TLS (in-app HTTPS — honored at the listener)
When TLS enabled is on, the Web listener serves HTTPS in-process from the
.pfx at Cert path (restart required). If the PFX is missing or its password is
wrong the service refuses to start rather than silently downgrade to HTTP.
The PFX password is a sealed-at-rest secret — it is not shown or set here; provide it via the
config file or a config-import bundle. Leave TLS disabled to serve plain HTTP and terminate
TLS at a reverse proxy (IIS / nginx / Caddy) instead.

Export the full configuration as a JSON file for backup or migration, or import a
previously exported configuration. The TLS cert password is redacted by default and
re-applied from the running config on import; tick “Include credentials”
to export it passphrase-encrypted for a full cross-host clone.
