Sealed, off-site backup of the Encounter Engine catalog database (catalog.db — the
study/state-machine, sources, ADT cache, and hash-chained audit catalog) plus the sealed host config, encrypted
with the Customer iKey and written to a destination you choose. The transient DICOM instances Encounter Engine
stages and forwards are not retained here — catalog + config only.
